So i rang them after waiting 0ver 5 mins someone finally answered to say "sorry it went to the wrong depot it will be with you tomorrow", because of pass dealing's with these so called delivery companies i rang again this morning to double check after a lot of umming and ahhing he said "yes its in nottingham you will get it today" im not holding my breath as the site shows it was supposed to be delivered before 12!.

Uk, Yodel, HDN all seem as bad as each other! not one can be relied upon.....would'nt mind but im being charge for this contract by O2 but not even had the goods yet!......ok rant over Smiley Frustrated

Any chance this could be the same driver or is it word of mouth that this is the way to get a few free phones?

If you can, just visit an 02 store and forget about on line ordering. This is the only time I've ever advocated actually going to a store rather than shop on line! 99.9% of everything I have ordered from ANYWHERE else on line has been delivered just fine, and even if a delivery has been missed, I have been able to rearrange delivery easily. Amazon are just brilliant-best on line retailer ever. The 0.1% of non deliveries is reserved for UK Mail/02!! I did get £25 compensation for the trouble caused but never wanted compensation-just the ****ing phone lol!

Amazon (and other major retailers) have live online ordering systems. This is why they are head and shoulders above O2.

O2 are just willing to take your money, whether the device is in stock or not. Not illegal  but totally immoral....

UK mail are the biggest shower of shi7 delivery company that operates in the UK, I've had the misfortune of having many deliveries over the years off UK mail, I say misfortune because I liken each experience as something similar to having some kind of ****** internal scrub or something.
I can only suggest that if you ever get a UK mail tracking number, you should possibly prepare yourself for a good seeing to without lube.
Oh and as for their customer service number... Lol good joke, none of the options lead to actually talking to someone.

No, that would be silly.
I've found out that arranging 3 dates for a redelivery is dependant on someone at UK mail getting of their fat lazy ar$e and actually working, let alone getting the item to leave the depot.
Arranged redelivery for last 3 days and not once has it left the depot, even after getting escalated last night and a promise of delivery today WITHOUT FAIL. guess what... Still at depot.

I personally recommend everybody to somehow get in touch with UKmail directly. MY phone took so long to arrive that one of the customer agents at o2 directly connected them on their line to mine. I got mine delivered the next Saturday with a priority delivery plus I was able to give additional info to the driver so they don't get lost as they usually do (headless chickens ). My phone was delivered after 15 days of waiting.
