Angelfish Software Website rated over 18 on O2 phones

Anonymous
Not applicable
Dear Sir/Madam
I run a website www.angelfishsoftware.co.uk that provides an online booking facility for hotels and guest houses
For some reason, on O2 mobiles my website is classified as over 18's when there is absolutely no content on there that is unsuitable for under 18's - it is simply an online booking system.
Could you explain why this is, and is it possible to override this setting, as it obviously causes some embarrassment to my customers
I am, by the way, an O2 mobile phone customer
Kind Regards
Paul Grimster

The comments above would also apply to a second online booking website I have, for which an example link would be:
http://www.angelfishsoftware001.co.uk/a ... id=fronlas
This is simply an online booking page for one of my customers, but they have brought it to my attention that O2 are classifying this site as over 18's

Adam, O2 are directing people to the forum to report blacklisted sites.

prking in chris@o2 reply it says twitter only quoting the official post (so are o2 actually going to monitor the whole forum for this issue?)
Q: Why does O2 block some sites that are suitable for under 18s?
A: The internet is huge, and no system is perfect. Occasionally we do accidentally block sites that should be available to anyone without proving their age. If you find an example of this please let us know, and we’ll do our best to unblock the site quickly. You can either let us know here on the O2 Forums, or via Twitter (@O2).

I know, but elsewhere they are referring to the forums. Which is probably why we are getting so many threads. ︶︿︶
