Amazon gift card with Sony Xperia XZ Premium

Hi all,

 

Just wondering if anyone bought the Sony xz Premium last week, I'm starting to doubt myself now but I'm almost 100% sure there was an offer going on for a voucher that would be sent with your phone for you to redeem, checking the received package I didn't find a voucher and it seems that it doesn't exist anymore, no trace to be found.

Contacted service the agent didn't really see anything and I couldn't find anything either but was told I had to register online for it and would receive an email with the code, just can't find the link.

Anyone got the xz Premium with a voucher or had to sign up online?

Sorry for my late response, was meant to look earlier to see if someone replied.

Thanks for the information viridis, couldn't find anything I know o2 support said I had to sign up but couldn't find it but now I know why as it wasn't on the o2 pages.

Again great share and thanks for the info hopefully others will find this useful as well, liking my XZP so far!

The link is working; I entered my details but for some unknown reason, it's not recognising my IMEI number. Entered it so many times even had to copy and paste it from the recepit that o2 gave me but it's not working. This is stupid. Plus, the new Sony XZ Premium is supposed to be water resistant; only splashed it like a few times, haven't submerged it in water completely. Few hours later, it stopped working, dead! Phone hasnt been out for long; starting to regret on getting this phone now

About the imei
Contact the promotion team using the links given previously
Regarding the phones waterproofing.
The phone is only 29 days old.... It's still within the fault replacement period. By one day.
Be quick....

Yes you need to return the phone as faulty very quickly. As for the IMEI it needs to be entered without dashes or spaces.
