Amazon gift card with Sony Xperia XZ Premium

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone bought the Sony xz Premium last week, I'm starting to doubt myself now but I'm almost 100% sure there was an offer going on for a voucher that would be sent with your phone for you to redeem, checking the received package I didn't find a voucher and it seems that it doesn't exist anymore, no trace to be found.

Contacted service the agent didn't really see anything and I couldn't find anything either but was told I had to register online for it and would receive an email with the code, just can't find the link.

Anyone got the xz Premium with a voucher or had to sign up online?

Kind regards,

John

Can't find any mention of this anywhere either, sorry.

I got the voucher with my XA1 but I can't use it because the page it says go to doesn't exist. Shocked

The voucher says go to www.sonymobile.com/O2amazonoffer but when you do it says

This page appears to be missing

It might be that we had to rename it. Don’t worry though: Just click below to return to our homepage.

So I guess its a Sony problem not an O2 one but its very annoying!

I've looked on the Sony website and forums and apparently Sony don't know about the offer.

Sounds like it. Have you tried contacting Sony about it?

I haven't tried myself but there are posts on the Sony support forums saying that Sony know nothing about the offer.

Most strange.
I'd give them a call myself to confirm.

Knock yourselves out..
https://campaigns.sonymobile.com/o2amazonoffer/?utm_source=marketing-url&utm_medium=https://campaign...

Site claims won't be active until after the cancellation period of the phones are past, to prevent fraud at o2's expense.
