A quick look at the Status on the My Network App shows a lot going on as per my screen grab

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Same for me. The mast which was in the Doctor's carpark is on the back of a lorry this morning. I guess this might explain it!

@nosox40@Muttley If O2 are aware of the issue in your area there's nothing you can do except wait until it is resolved. The Terms & Conditions of your contract say that O2 does not guarantee 100% uptime. If the outage in your area is going to be for an extended length of time you can find out if O2 will offer a goodwill gesture to compensate for the down time, but there's no guarantee that they will.

As highlighted above, @nosox40 and @Muttley - you will have to wait for O2 to complete their work on masts - meantime, for those in your households that are on Contract with O2: https://www.o2.co.uk/help/network-coverage-and-international/wifi-and-4g-calling may help. WiFi calling is not available to O2 PAYG customers, alas.
