Hi all, is anyone else using Airtime for internet and shocked by the monthly cost? When I signed it they told me it would be about £40 monthly and I had a direct debit going. I’ve just been checking my account and have seen that it’s been £62 a month plus £21 for my phone plan, which is a whopping £83 a month… I’m about to cancel everything

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

@FT100

You can't just cancel unless you have reached the end of your contract.

Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

 Guide: How does O2 Refresh work?

Prices go up each year as per the contractual T&C's https://www.o2.co.uk/prices

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If you're still paying the device plan it hasn't reached the end yet.

You will have to pay off what's left on the device plan to cancel.
