I finally got through to o2 customer services after days and days.

They were hopeless at helping.

They told me I'd be charged extra for non payment of direct debits and said if I can't afford to pay my bill to just cancel the direct debit (which I'll be charged extra for) and call them on the day you default so they can advise you on what to do.

I've been with these for years and years and never missed a payment, pay £100s every months on 3 devices, this will be my last year.

Absolute joke of company not having something in place.

In the last month I got a new van on finance and they have offered me more help and payment breaks than these have offered and I owe them 5 times less.

This will also give you a black mark on your credit score.

Stay safe people

RIP o2
