I have been trying to change my account from monthly, to pay as you go for over a week now and have my number transferred to my new Account. I have been on the phone with several different operators. After being on in total 10 hours over several days. I have been told the same thing, which I reckon they read of a set sheet. We will definitely sort this. It has never happened nobody as ever called me back after promising to do so. I have had to finally tell all my colleagues and clients of number change
