Probably take longer if it needs to be processed by a 3rd party before being passed on to O2!

The bit i Like so far is it keeps all corespondance in one place for eventual submission to ombudsman. (not sure about the voice call recording bit as we know how o2 react)

@Cleoriff Also like the fact it guides users in the correct ways to generate your complaint and has all the mse template letters etc . If you are not sure of the correct processes for complaining this will really help the uneducated. 

 

P.S. This resolver site is for so many services and company's not just O2 it is in my bookmarks and app downloaded for iPhone and iPad
