L.T.E doesn't need seperate bandwidth. It just needs to be licensed. As OFCOM will be desperate to sell off the digital dividend spectrum, it likely there won't be a competitive auction that reaches crazy money.

Even Thailand that is supposed to be a 3rd world country will have LTE in Q4 2010.
