How do I either switch off or at least change the time that O2 send me billing texts. I was woken at 4:59am this morning by a text from O2 simply saying that they will be taking a monthly payment. What a ridiculous time to send the message.
I cannot see anywhere in My O2 dashboard how to change this. I don't want these messages every month coming through at some ungodly hour.
Any help is appreciated.

Contact O2 and ask them to turn notifications off.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)
