Hi
I got my new iPhone12 Max pro and inserted my new 5G sim, managed to activate it (as my old sim was in my old phone) but then never received any signal on either phone after that. I phoned customer services, they checked something (not sure what) and then sent me a new 5G sim... this time, I cannot even activate the Sim as there is no signal to receive an activation text!!!  Phoned the O2 service line and they made the amnedment to link the second sim to my number... but still no signal...
Any ideas how I can get my phone working??

@Jude_S We are all customers, so there's nothing we can do here. The only suggestion I can make is to either call customer service again, or call into an O2 store if you have one nearby. They would be able to help. Bring identification with you, if you choose to go in store.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@Jude_S

Some iPhones have been sent out with a temporary bar on them.

You'll need to ask customer service to remove the bar from your phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
