4G coverage in Hampton, Middx TW12 1NG area

There is no 4G coverage in the above area which is part of greater London!!
Can anyone from O2 explain why Im paying for a 4G service and not getting even 3G???????????

Sorry a phone mast close to you isn't working

Normal coverage for Voice, text and email (2G)
Making calls, sending texts, using email on your phone.
Good indoors and outdoors.
Normal coverage for Mobile internet and voice (3G)
Fast networking. For smartphones, dongles and tablets.
Unfortunately O2 don't give out real time repair updates so keep checking it.
O2 have been known to give a goodwill gesture for loss of service so keep a record and ring O2 when the masts are back to normal.

Can you download the Mynetwork app and report the masts to O2
What does http://status.o2.co.uk say for your masts ?

Done that and even the speed test fails OUTSIDE on the High Street !!!

As I say keep checking your mast status and speak to O2 when it's good.
In the interim if on contract and you have home wifi look at using o2's Tugo app.

WhatsApp and Viber are interim alternatives too if the other parties have them downloaded too.
