Good morning
I have an iphone SE [2022] - [5G enabled].
Early November, I got a pop-up message that said:
"4G Calls Turned Off - O2 has turned off 4G calls on your account".
My mobile data settings says '5G auto', which I understand is normal settings.
Whilst I was on the 4G network, I made and received calls/texts etc, so everything was ok.

Yesterday, the above same thing happened again.
So really my question is, why is this happening as I am concerned it may be something more nefarious?
It never happened on my previous iphone 6s.

Usually 4G is turned off when there is maintenance or the setting up of 5G which needs linking in to 4G to work at present
