Not good news for staff or customers if this is true!

Has to be said I'm pretty disgusted with O2 and really feel sorry for staff.

It's such a pity that O2 call center is closing, I stayed on for o2 for so long because of the excellent customer service they've provided. But regrettably because of the Sky buy I moved on to another provider and mobile provider
. All providers had better deals than o2, pity that o2 doesn't think about it's employees but only cares about their own pockets.
