total confused with this 02 says send text then go to 02 shop, and they can,t help do you just have to seat and Waite.

You can just text the code as long as you took out the contract online or instore and it's within the first month.

text OPEN followed by your open code, mobile number, name and postcode to 2020

Good to hear.... Some parts of O2 website have been 'glitching and twitching' over the past few days, it probably took a little longer to go through...

Ive changed network to 02 but keep my number. I wanted to avail of 30% discount in airtime as a NHS staff member. I have attempted twice using the instructions from staff at 02store to apply for 30% discount as a NHS staff member but on both occassions i got the same response that 02 cannot approve 30%discount as the system does not recognise my number as 02 number. I did transfer from EE to 02 using a pac code. My number works fine through 02. Any suggestions to get the discount approved?

It can take 2-3 days for a number to register as an o2 number on the system after porting. Try calling customer service or attempt again in a couple of days. You have 30 days to get the code applied.

Try after a week or so for your number to update (you have 28 days to complete the claim).
