I tried to speak to them today but after going through all the press this for that menu the system kept cutting me off. Tried three times from three different phone numbers - same result.

After pressing either 1 or 2 to confirm if you are calling from your phone or not just press 0 and you should skip through to an operator much quicker.

Just keep trying. Best times to try are early morning when it won't be quite so busy

Weekend just has to be the very worst time to call.

As suggested Option 2 then zero.....

If you are going through to retentions then sadly wait times are long. Not that long ago over an hour plus was the norm but I think it has quietened down a bit now. Saturdays are always busy. Try during the week around 8.30am.

Upgrades currently have  19 minutes waiting time... It's always busy on Saturday afternoons... During the week it's ok...

 

Edit: just to add, customer services have no queue
