hi can someone plz help me i received a txt from o2 guru saying if i top up before 30.03.13 i would receive £10 extra credit i did this and still have not received the credit

I received a message from o2 saying if i top up £15 before 18th August id receive the same ammount to use for anything i want and haven't received it 

Scam all the way had them before and gave me the actual credit

It will be there. It's usually a virtual credit which will be used before any allowances or actual credit.

It won't show on the phone but you will use the virtual allowance before your actual credit gets used. Many threads on this, not a scam at all.
