I have the 02 travel inclusive zone bolt on and I'm going to Canada for a year to travel, I was told in store that I can only use it for 45 days while in canada and after that I'll be charged for using it.

Is this correct or is it longer/shorter?

I'm on pay monthly.

He is referring to the 63 day usage in any 4 month period

However that is only in the EU zone

You’ll get a daily allowance of Unlimited minutes, texts and data when you roam in our O2 Travel Inclusive Zone. There’s no cap on data, but we’ll manage traffic and may need to slow down speeds depending on usage, and all allowances are subject to our Fair Usage policy. Calls and texts to premium rate numbers and other special numbers are not included.

Oh right I see, so I can use my phone as normal in canada and pay my normal monthly bill as long as I stay within my allowances.

@Matthew-F

Your allowances are irrelevant.

Travel inclusive gives you unlimited everything within the fair use police as quoted by @jonsie above.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
