2 o2 currently runs circa 20 million accounts and will almost certainly sell more than 16 payg and 3 post pay phones tomorrow.
The "I'll take my business elsewhere" stance is the customers ultimate sanction, but dont kid yourself it bothers the network one bit. By all means do it.....if its right for you. But as a threat its pretty limp, unless you have something better to go to. And good luck with T mobile cs if you go there. The philippines based advisors cant understand you and you pay to speak to them

For goodness sake follow the plot. I wasn't threatening to leave 02. An earlier thread suggested I did so. As regards the Philippines, you want my Son's address there

is what prompted my response, which is a relevant counterpoint to what you wrote if anyone is thinking along those lines.
should I also mention that you are encouraging their customers to take their business elsewhere if dissatisfied with the Surprises scheme?
At the last count I think I am responsible for 16 pay and go phones with 02
Btw, who were you thinking of mentioning it to? Are you suggesting you might grass up the forum to o2 management. Thats not very pro-free speech is it
