02 "Apparently DON'T do Samsung j5 dual SIM phone" - Page 2

Totally regretting coming over to O2. I took out a contract with them for a J5 2016 dual SIM a few months a back.
1st phone come with a crack in the screen, no problem O2 replacement next day.
Next day new phone all good but not dual SIM so call them to explain simple fact that it's not dual SIM to be told they and Samsung have Never done dual SIM phone's on the J5!!!!!!
Is it just me or is the company pulling the wool over my eyes and is it possible to cansell this contract WITHOUT incurring any charges and just sending back the phone to the frauds?

I didn’t think the J5 was dual sim. Are you sure you aren’t thinking about the OnePlus 5
