i have been trying since the 27th of june to get credit back on my sim card i mean come on 02 how hard can it be what a joke virgin media here i come

i agree with what you say i contacted them over my daughters phone not charging , i got an email saying clean the sim card ! virgin here i come ....

er excuse me i didnt ask for sarcasm i was on payg and signed my number over to a contract sim because i was promised free friends and family but was then told it wasnt included so i cancelled the contract and have asked for my original payg to be credited with the money i already had on it now do you understand

Well what you are asking shouldn't in my opinion take the eight or nine days you have been waiting. Obviously it can't be sorted out here on the boards and you need to speak to O2 to get the matter resolved.

 

I appreciate that you have already done so and you may want to consider going down the complaints route to get the matter resolved.
