Not sure if that's a genuine email or not, but that's actually a capital letter O and not the number 0 in that email.

All genuine O2 emails are from O2.com - the company domain. O2.co.uk is ONLY for customer email addresses. Also, it says to log into your account - the email you've posted doesn't include any URL's etc. While it's clear to me the email is a fake/scam, I don't actually see any malicious content such as emailing back login details or following a dodgy link etc.
Remember though, only trust O2.com addresses.

Did you check the properties of the email to be sure, they will tell you where it came from?

It's possible your O2 account could have been hijacked and an order placed, so check in MyO2 that nothing has changed.

I to have received this email, (3 copies). I have a program that lets me view the contents of emails on the server without downloading them and deleting them if needed, it also shows me the actula linking address. the actual address in the link is http://k?-t?c.de/catalog/images/o2%20Update/O2_security_update.ht??

I've replaced some letters with a ? so that nobody can follow the link by mistake.
