O2 Travel

Hi. Further to recent developments. I think we should now turn our attention to o2 travel zones outside of the EU. As you know the current setup is calls texts and data, with no upper limit on data. Sadly the problem is data doesn't work as it is throttled so heavily. Going forward. My idea is.

120 mins calls 120 texts like present, however instead of unusable data. Cap a daily rate of say 500 or 750mb of unthrottled unrestricted data. For 'x' amount depending on the country you are visiting.

120 mins, 120 texts and 500mb  as a daily bundle to use between 0.00 and 23.59 in the USA for £4.99 is I think a reasonable and popular idea.

I look forward to everyone else's thoughts.

Thanks 🙂

I would 2nd that with o2 travel.  I wouldn't even mind if we had an allowance as such.  To say it's unlimited and then You get speeds of 0.01Mbps up and down is a joke

OK great it would be nice to get this moving.

Hopefully o2 will take this seriously 🙂

Anything has to be better than the speeds we were getting in the summer.

I would welcome this in case I have to use the O2 sim in an emergency. I was stung for the £4.99 last year and it was daylight robbery for an unusable service. I would rather have given thิe £4.99 to the kids orphanage!

I have to agree with you all, o2 need to drastically overhaul the roaming setup. All 3 operators are now making o2 look stupid.
