Apple Watch Cellular isn't currently available to our Business customers at this time, as the eSim technology and Watch device companion capability isn't currently compatible with our Business platforms.

If or when anything changes here we'll let our business customers know.

Yes, but @jezza1234 you know you will get it at some point. Business customers won't get it, PERIOD. And this is because of O2's antiquated systems and equipment. I personally have no interest in any Apple product. But I sympathise with other business customers who want an Apple watch and lose out because they are business customers. I can't see O2 updating their business systems anytime soon to accommodate the new E-sims.

The downside of being a business customer, unfortunately.

Thanks for the information - Is it ever going to happen or do I need to exchange my cellular watch for a standard one?

Honestly, I'd change it for a GPS only one, or switch networks.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
