Can anyone tell me when my local phonemast will be working as my business is not able to take card payments due to the mast not working all weekend

I agree never just rely on a mobile phone for business purposes as such your contract will state that service isn’t guaranteed 100% all the time

I believe the problem is with the card reader not their phones.
The ones we had could be connected to our broadband with an Ethernet cable though at the end of the day to process all the payments.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I am inclined to think the same as I went to a big event a few weeks ago & all the vendors were having issues with their card readers & nothing to do with their actual handsets
