What are these alerts for exactly?
Are they balance alerts? If so, call customer services to get them turned off http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

Hi @Gabor welcome to our forum. slight_smile Let us know how you're getting on with this, did you make any progress with the alerts? Would they be the balance ones as @MI5 suggested above? It would be great to hear back from you. slight_smile
