Hi,
I have been with O2 from the very begining but I am now thinking of changing providers. I have been unhappy with O2 for a while but have stayed loyal. I am a business customer using mobile, broadband and iandline and I am not fixed into a contract. what is the best way to arrange to leave the O2 service please

@KevfromFev I suggest you make sure all your phones are unlocked, get Pay & Go sims from the other providers, and try them first to see what kind of coverage you get to help you decide which provider you want to go to.

As above. Coverage should be the prime factor over price.
