I have a new iphone on an O2 business account.  Just been told I can't add an iwatch to the account. When is O2 going to make this available - the other networks in the Uk offer this?

TBH, i am surprised o2 don't offer this.

I doubt anyone one on here will know, you are best raising it as feedback via Customer Services, or if you are an enterprise customer via your account manager..

@vaughanevans

Antiquated billing platform that doesn't support the addition of a watch.

As they have started to upgrade some aspects of business ccounts now, it may be something they could offer in the future.

Maybe @Chris_K might know more?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Apparently it's due to lack of interest from corporate customers to justify the investment. Possibly the same reason why Voda/EE only offer on a limited number of small business tariffs, and not for their corporate users either.

@ewanrw

Agree

We have never had a request from one of users to have an iWatch added to their device, and thats with a mobile estate of 2,000 devices  (and we have some members of our exec team who like new gadgets), i even think MDM solutions only support the basics of smart watches.

And thats across the US, EU and Asia Pacific regions(and not just o2)
