Hi i have an buiness account with 5 numbers on it. it has recently come to light (new accountant has just started) that 2 of the numbers (ex employee's) were not removed from the contract and have been dorment for over 3 years, but we are still paying the monthly fee's!! So at the very least i want to cancel them straight away and try and get some of the monthly costs back.

However, how can i cancel when its impossible to get hold of o2 on the phone? there does not seem to be any way of doing it online and o2 are not answering calls. I have just spent an hour waiting on the phone, just to be told in the end, that "We are unable to answer your call"! it may seem trivel, but like everyone else, we need to cut all our costs fast, due to downturn in sales, to survive.

can anyone help?

You need to call Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

That does not work, everything keeps looping back to the website and you cant cancel on there. that number 0800 902 0217, will not answer, it just keeps directing to automated services!
