business login

when I attempt to login to my business account, I am greeted with the following popup:

 

"Max Limit reached for identities to have the same contact number"

 

I only have one mobile phone.  O2 online help seem to be permanently on holiday.  O2 have no idea how to solve this.  Can anybody out there help?

No idea how to fix any of the system issues tbh.
Yours isn’t the only one out there at the moment.
Have you called business customer service on 8002 for help?
