Wi-fi calling disabled now can’t make receive calls

Hi,

02 sent a message over night saying Wi-fi calling has been disabled. Now I can’t make or receive any calls from my flat!

£25.90 a month for this and only 3 gig data a month.

Have you tried rebooting your phone or checked for any network issues locally O2 Service Status ?

Some more help here. That's usually a generic message sent when there is a network issue either in your area or on your billing platform at O2.
