02 business does not allow connection of my Apple Watch to the O2 network because I have a business account. If I had a personal account this would be no problem. Therefore it is clear no technical issue is preventing this connectivity.
Why is my business being excluded from benefitting from this technology?
I am fixed into a contract until May 2023 with significant exit fees. Otherwise I would close the account.
When will you provide this service?

No one on here will know as this isn't customer services but a customer to customer forum. So my comments are
Because Enterprise customers don't want it, it is as simple as that..
Maybe in 2022 it may come to SMB's but thats a wish list from a customer

Does anyone know if this is available yet or when it’s coming?

Nothing has been said, and the above posted in 2021 is still valid.. Enterprise customers dont want it, so o2 wont enable it on the Business billing platform...
Im sure if one of the big customers wants to add 1000's of apple watches it will become available..

The last thing I would want is my boss contacting me on my watch whilst on holiday and left my company phone at home 😉
