VAT invoices

My invoice 5 Sept 23 is, for the first time ever, not a VAT Invoice. I need it and futyure ones to be VAT INvoices

@DCM This is not O2. This is a customer community. The Business customer service number is 8002.

If you are not a business customer and have been moved to the new system then all invoices are now VAT Inclusive by default

You will have to arrange VAT Invoices with O2

I've been transferred to O2 from virgin - O2 will charge £1 to issue a VAT invoice on a non-business account (just spent an hour with them arguing the toss), whereas virgin issued these by default.  Is this different if I have a business account with O2?

The business customer service number is 8002 as posted above by @Bambino. Why don't you call them to ask that question ? I suspect that, due to HMRC requirements, business customers will get a VAT invoice without further charge, but I am not sure so you will need to check.

thanks for this; I tried today, but we only had 2 hours to talk, so didn't get it sorted.  I'll give it another try

I spent a similar amount of time which was a complete waste of it. surely if they charge vat then legally they have to issue a vat invoice and at no charge !!!
