Hello , Does anyone know how to access VAT Invoices ?

Are they not shown in My O2?

If not you need to call business on 8002

If VAT Invoice does not show as an option in your "Download and print latest bill" section of MyO2, @VAT, as below (4th item down on the left-hand menu), then you need to follow Aura's advice, vis:

VAT invoices, if enabled, show in left centre of green box:
