Can somebody help with this.. The owner of this account passed away in July, We have contacted O2 several times to convey this and we are now 3 months down the line with no account closed . We was told we would be contacted within 72 hrs but that was over a month ago.. Do they actually care we are still grieving the loss and keep seeing these emails come through.  every other company we have had to contact has had flawless customer service and help.  But not O2

Have to agree with you regarding O2 customer services 

There is a dedicated Bereavement Team at O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
