Unlocking Iphone6s on O2 Business

Hi 

I have recently received a new Iphone 7 and business Sim from my company (retained my phone no).

I want to request the old device (Iphone 6s) to be unlocked. How do I go about this and is there any

problem given I've taken my no across to the new phone.Obviously I want to unlock the old device without 

any adverse impact to the new device and associated Business account with O2.

The old Sim was deactivated by O2 in the 6S and now connects only via WIFI.

Appreciate your advice.
