I am unable still to access 02 online.
I have been trying to do this for over a year.
I transferred this number *********** from a personal account to a business account.
I have never been able to access my account.
I suspect because you have not completely deleted my old personal account linked to this number.
I am now abroad and run out of data and want to top up.
can you help me access my account?
