Can i turn off voicemail, if i don't have the sim on Samsung J4+

You can't use 1760 because no sim & if you put another sim in, it turns off voicemail to that sim.

I have a company work mobile that the employee has put his own personal voicemail message but he destroyed the sim for GDPR puposes before giving back the phone.

You will need to contact customer services, as they should be able to turn off Voicemail from their end.

if not then request a new sim card and turn it off once received.

Hi Jon2t,

You might be able to change the voicemail message by using another phone and dialling that mobile number. When you hear the voicemail greeting press * to interrupt the greeting, then enter the mailbox pin number. Default pin is 8705 if they didn't change it.

Failing that, customer services over the phone may be able to switch it off on their end.

You may also need to wait for a replacement sim card.

Thank you for your advice & recommendations.

I tried to call the number & push star and use default pin, but he must have changed it.

I have ordered a new sim with same mobile number & will await the delivery so I can turn off voicemail.

The business customer service adviser did say they couldn't do anything their end.
