Transferred my number

I have transferred my number from other network when my contract finished but O2 is still charging me for last 2 months. I have provided the evidence of my number being transferred to my brokers Aerial and they said they need to investigate what’s the error in O2 system.

Did  you have any outstanding payments left on your previous contract? If you are now with Aerial, that means they have put you on a Business contract.

We are customers like yourself so I suggest you contact payment management and they will look at your account.

You will need to get in touch with Aerial, as you will have been moved to a Business account with them and using their support and billing, @Ibby1
