Dear o2,
once upon a time I was an o2 business customer, then I left and joined Virgin. When Virgin joined with o2 I found I was back being a business customer with o2 which I am not. How can this be fixed please? it is stopping me using Myo2 to do all the things a personal customer wants to do.

Edit: If you agreed to a business contract with Aerial Direct, one of O2's so-called 'trusted partners', you're most likely up the creek for the duration of the contract.
