I applied on the my o2 business page to change my tariff . This was on 15/06 it said we will be in touch within 24 hours to arrange. Its now 23/06 ive heard nothing and its disappeared from my account management page as if i never did anything. Can anyone tell me who i contact? Or should i just shop around other networks as my term has expired anyway. Any advice greatly appreciated.

You need to call 8002 from your o2 phone.
