Hello, my name is Moumen Boutari, I have O2 Business sim, I just paid my outstanding balance £52.2 and I am not allowed to make calls. Would you remove the bar please and allow me to make calls and use my data? Because it is not working yet. My phone number is xxxxxxxxxxx.

This is a community forum made up of members like yourself. It's not O2.
First you need to edit your post and remove your phone number. Top right of your post an icon like V. Click on that and you will see Edit.
You need to call 8002 for O2 or use social media to remove the bar,
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
