I wonder if someone is able to advise please?
I have had an O2 personal contract for years, which I recently converted to a Business account. I've had confirmation that the conversion has taken place but I now cannot access MyO2.
If I log in using my old details it says I don't have any products or services on my account.
If I try and register with my new details it won't let me because it says my mobile phone number is already connected to another contract.
It would probably be easy to resolve if I could speak with someone directly, but that doesn't seem possible nowadays either!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
