Hi I'm trying to find out if its possible to have a mast installed in my village, we have extremely poor signal on all networks and very poor broadband speeds, there is a large water tower in the village to which I've had a brief chat with the owner and they maybe open to allowing an antenna to be installed, whats the best way to gather more information etc.
