Hi,

It has been a while since I started using Huawei 5200.

Off late finding it difficult to use as the internet is very slow and also connection keeps dropping.  Not sure whether it is actual device or SIM card is faulty.  How to check and resolve the issue please.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a million,

NOTE - I am a business customer.

Try sum in another phone.

If the same, try a new SIM, if not, try a new phone.

Is this on the device itself or when connecting other devices...

And what speeds are you getting when you google speetest and run the test

Have you checked status.o2.co.uk to see if there are any network issues in your area.
