Our phones have been cut off because the DD failed and there is no way to call from the phone or talk to someone to pay the bill and get the phones back on. This is ridiculous, how am i supposed to sort this out?

My phone wont let me call any number, i have already tried that. They make it impossible to pay your bill...no online chat, nothing.

I’m having the exact same issue except I’m in another country so can’t get through to the number, have you tried skype?
