Upgraded my phone on 2nd December been 8 days still no device received I have missed day of work no device messages every day telling me there a delay 20 phone calls 2 email complaints no further as to knowing when I will receive a device ?? *********** poor customer service angry mother on countdown to Christmas any answers O2

They had issues with a chemical leak near the warehouse so had to evacuate.
Normal service should be resumed today.
