My phone hasn’t worked for a couple of days. My bill is paid and I have tried to contact numerous times. Can I please have some answer

@Jhinkins Best thing for you to do is to contact the tech support department of the manufacturer of your phone. The fact that you've paid your bill most likely has nothing to do with it, unless you were late paying and were disconnected because of that.

If the latter is the case, you need to speak to the Payment Management Team to remove any bars that may be on your account. You may also have to pay a reconnection fee.

Call 0800 902 0217

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
