Borrow or steal a phone and call them on the number provided or use Skype or another VOIP service to call them

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217
Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.

Appreciate the help but I am unable to call them as my phone has been cut of and I’m unable to make outgoing calls
